Entry priority
Visitors with disabilities or special health needs are given priority in accessthe ticket offices and the entrance to museums. Contact the reception staff in white or green uniform forinformation and assistance. Please note that admission is free for people with disabilities and atheir family or other companion who demonstrates their membership in the service servicessocio-sanitary, according to D.M. 507/97 updated to D.M. 13/2019 and L.104/92 (can be necessaryperform suitable certification).

Dogs guide for blind, equipped with the special bib and held obligatory on leash, canenter without further permission or communication of their presence before the visit.
Assistance dogs
The entry of dogs or other pet therapy and assistance animals is bound to the presentation of thecertification attesting the need for their presence and the suitability to carry out such serviceaccompaniment issued by public health facilities. We ask, kindly, to communicate inadvance the presence of dogs and submit their certification, sending an email toaccessibility@museo.civico.it The use of leash is mandatory.
Hygiene services
Accessible toilets are on the second and first floor of the Museum. Another bathroom is locatedinside the new bookshop located near the exit. Addressing the staff visitorsyou can have more precise directions where the nearest sanitary service is located.
